2024 Westfalia Orphanage Christmas party photos

Thank you to everyone who helped us make the 14th Westfalia Orphanage Christmas party happen. Every year for 14 years we have created a special Christmas for the children who live outside Lima, Peru. The children don’t have any family so we brightened their day with a show with singing, dancing and games. The kids received gifts and we put on a big lunch as well. These kids don’t have cell phones, they don’t have their own bedroom and they don’t have netflix or video games. But every year we show them that they have love and people all over the world care about them.

The children come from complicated backgrounds such as abuse, abandonment, some have been removed from dangerous situations or there was no family member able to care for them. So Westfalia Orphanage is their home where they receive love and the care they need. Activities such as an amazing Christmas party bring some normality to their lives and reinforces the knowledge that they are loved and we care about them. Everything is built around that.

Thank you to all you amazing people who helped make this happen from all over the world! It’s just not possible to make it happen year after year without such loving support from you all and we always talk to the kids about how help comes from all around the world. Cheers!
